How we work
Every Fēnix floor goes through the same disciplined sequence. Skipping a step is how polished floors fail, so we never do.
Free on-site estimate
We walk the site, check the slab's hardness, flatness and existing coatings, then recommend the finish that fits your traffic, schedule and budget, all in a clear, itemized quote.
30 – 150 grit
Metal-bond diamond tooling removes coatings and imperfections, flattens the surface and opens the slab to the aggregate exposure you chose.
Chemical densifier
A penetrating densifier reacts with the concrete to harden and dust-proof the surface from within. It's the step that makes the shine last.
400 – 3000 grit
Progressive resin-bond diamonds refine the scratch pattern pass by pass, from a soft satin to a mirror-like gloss.
Guard + burnish
A penetrating guard adds stain resistance, then high-speed burnishing brings up the final sheen. We walk the floor with you before we hand it over.

With routine care, a properly densified and polished floor can last for decades. Because the finish is the concrete itself, a worn area is refreshed with a light re-polish instead of being torn out and replaced.
