In our clients'
own words.

Jon and his team poured and polished our concrete floor as part of our home remodel, and the result is outstanding. From start to finish, Jon was fantastic to work with: extremely professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely focused on making sure we were happy every step of the way. Like many renovation projects, things took a bit longer than expected, but Jon and his crew worked tirelessly over the weekend to get everything finished and keep us on track. That level of commitment really stood out. If you’re looking for a true professional who takes immense pride in his work, look no further than Jon. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had my basement concrete floors polished by Fenix Finish and overall very happy with the end result. Jon and Tal were easy to communicate with and provided exceptional customer service. We had some items to troubleshoot and they were good with providing suggestions and working with me to resolve the items to my satisfaction. One of the most supportive and reliable contractors I dealt with on my entire build. In the end I have a beautiful concrete floor and very happy with the work they completed. Would recommend to anymore interested in getting concrete polished.

I can confidently refer Fēnix Finish to anyone who needs their floors polished. Fēnix polished my floors at my office and I was beyond impressed with the results. Jonathan was very responsive and reasonable with me at all times during and after the procedure.

Big thanks to Jonathan, Tal, and team. These guys were communicative and punctual from the inception of the job right to the end. The grind and seal they did to our basement floors was top notch and they really took the time to make sure that nothing was missed while providing clear status updates throughout the job. This group gets ten stars in my books and I look forward to working with them in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Tal, Jonathan and the team did an amazing job completing polished concrete floors in our basement. They were knowledgable, professional and provided excellent service at an affordable cost. We are so happy with the finished product and receive compliments from everyone who visits. Would highly recommend!

I had extensive water damage to my basement floor , we got a reliable , professional , established Construction company . After the emergency clean up , it was determined that the whole hardwood floor & subfloor had to be removed . My wife & I decided to look at other options to replace the floor as there was so much mold that we were unaware of . We looked at all the options other than wood flooring , Tile , vinyl , epoxy , etc . The construction project manager understood all our concerns and suggested a polished Concrete floor , after investigating we came to the conclusion it was the best idea for our floor . The project manager recommended Fenix Finish Polished Concrete . We made an appointment and Jonathan came to our home & explained what would be required & what to expect for the work to be done . He was very honest & Geraldine & I where so impressed with work photos that had been done to other customers and new Jonathan's Company was the best . The date for work to start was decided & the team arrived on scheduled , the where so respectful & after introductions we were so happy with the work as promised , Can't say enough the job was amazing , everyone comments how beautiful it has turned out . Thankyou Jonathan for your hard work and dedication to provided us with the best Polished floor that is so unique for our home . Please thank the team again . Sincerely Patrick & Geraldine Slattery

We had hired a contractor to install the exposed aggregate concrete on the driveway, side entrance and the entire backyard for a total of 4,500 sq.ft. The previous contractor dragged the job from November 2019 until August 2020 due to COVID-19 and their no-show to work as promised. Not only did they not finish the project completely, the quality was so poor that it was totally unacceptable. It became an eye sore! We were lucky to find Fenix to fix the work. They showed up early at work, brought all the necessary equipment and cleaned up every time. They executed in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. They finished their work as committed. The quality was magnificent. Our appreciation is more than words can explain. A big thank-you to Paul, Tal, Jonathan and their crew!!! You guys deserve extra 2 stars - one from my husband Vince and one from me.
