HiPERFLOOR® can radically transform a broad range of new and old concrete floors. By mechanically refining the already hard concrete surface through grinding, polishing and chemical treatments, we bring virtually any surface to a new level of beauty, functionality and strength. With different specified processes, the floor is tailored to your requirements: aesthetics, floor flatness, gloss and price.
We take an already hard material and increase its surface density and abrasion resistance until the concrete is extremely resistant to wear and marking.
No surface coating means lower installation costs, a smoother surface means lower cleaning costs, and the added durability cuts life-cycle maintenance.
The polished surface reflects more light, which brightens the space and reduces lighting energy requirements.
The process transforms the existing concrete into a wear-resistant floor, using products that cause very little environmental stress or waste.
Three specified finishes
Each finish has a well-defined specification for the working process and the selection of grinding and polishing tools and chemicals, matched to how the space is used.
High gloss · Exposed aggregate
A decorative, high-gloss indoor finish for spaces where aesthetics, including flatness and reflectivity, are the top priority. The result is a surface that shines and offers exceptional durability.

Medium gloss · Semi- or low-exposed aggregate
An indoor finish that balances function and low maintenance with a floor that is still aesthetically pleasing.

Inside the process
Alongside the diamond tooling, the HiPERFLOOR® process uses three Husqvarna chemicals, each with a specific job in building a floor that lasts.
GM 3000™
Mixes with grinding dust into a slurry that fills pinholes and micro-cracks.
HiPERHARD™ or HiPERLITH™
Strengthens the concrete, making it more abrasion- and scratch-resistant while adding some stain resistance, limiting efflorescence and dust-proofing the surface. It also makes the surface more responsive to the diamond tooling, so it polishes better.
HiPERGUARD™
Seals the pores so water, oil and dirt stay at the surface and clean up easily.
